Haley has been working in the user experience field for over 4 years. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design from the Ohio State University. As a UX professional, she believes that effectively understanding user needs and fostering empathy for people is essential to the success of any new technology. Haley regularly presents research findings to executive leadership and has also facilitated workshops on design thinking.
