Rachel Banks has been working as a user experience professional for over 6 years. She holds a master’s degree from Indiana University in Human Computer Interaction. She believes that technological solutions will only be successful, long term, when research establishes a solid understanding of user behavior and their unique needs. In her free time, Rachel likes to pretend she's a warforged Ranger who has an affinity for wolves. Haley Hendershot has been working in the user experience field for over 3 years. She earned a bachelor’s in Visual Communication Design from the Ohio State University. As a UX professional, she believes that effectively understanding user needs and fostering empathy for people is essential to the success of any new technology. When she's not chucking shells on the rainbow road, Haley can be found adventuring in middle earth.
