Present day Microservices based teams have different requirements for integration than traditional, waterfall development teams. They invariably operate in ecosystem that is composed of groups of applications and services which together work towards some higher level business goal. Apache Kafka is providing them great option by enabling asynchronous event driven integration ,augmenting the use of synchronous integration and APIs, further supporting Microservices and thus enabling Agile Integration where they can scale and evolve independently. In this talk we will start with building out Kafka topics as Producers and Consumers and then will take a deep dive into how Kafka Streams enable decoupled communication pattern between them.
