Documenting & Versioning API's with ASP.NET Core 9, OpenAI, and Swagger

Anyone can get started with ASP.NET Core and create WebAPIs; however, properly documenting, managing, and versioning these APIs for downstream audiences can be a daunting task. Often times developers will get API's created and "come back later" to actually fill out the API documentation and we all know how that process actually works. This session will explore the new OpenAPI functionality available with .NET 9.0 and how that can be utilized with proper API Versioning and Swagger to quickly, easily, and part of your day-to-day development provide full documentation to your API's allowing for more productive downstream development and a better overall user experience. We will discuss best practices for versioning, documentation and even configuration options with Swagger/ReDoc to ensure that your documentation reflects your brand and standards.
