Modern technology-fueled product companies are revolutionizing the way that software gets built. Heavy handed process, bureaucracy, and control are eschewed in favor of cross-functional autonomous teams of problem solvers that are empowered to move quickly and solve big problems - all while growing and scaling exponentially. This talk is about how our imperfect group at Upstart is following this path to achieve autonomy and iterative problem solving at scale.
